Annual Maintenance Contract [AMC]
SLR understands that the responsibilities does not end but starts after the commissioning of DG. In line with this philosophy we offer AMC to our customers even after the expiry of warranty period. SLR is one of the most trusted names engaged in offering services for MAHINDRA Gensets. We offer a variety of service contract packages designed to meet your requirements and further offer very nominal charge for our services. AMC is basically a servicing contract which ensures the regular and instant solution for your DG complaints within the contracted time period. We execute the exhaustive inspection of the DG by using the latest testing technology and hence you can be rest assured of the quality of your DG. AMC visits can be scheduled as per you convenience, providing you with maximum flexibility to allow works to be carried out with the minimum amount of disruption and down-time to your business. Our fastest response ensures that you remain tension free and the DG Sets keep running for years ahead. Our services are rendered by competent industry professionals, who are got years of experience in the same industry and conversant with all the routine problems associated with generators. They will periodically inspect the machine and locate problem areas if any and trouble shoots before any breakdown could occur. It helps to minimize down times to ensure higher productivity, better and in-time deliveries.

CAMCs / AMCs
A package customer made as per customer's requirements. Provide total peace of mind to the customer enabling him to have higher attention to his core business. CAMC is the Package comes in Fully Loaded version which includes agreed number of Preventive maintenance services and includes almost all parts (including but not restricted to consumables, e.g., filters, oil, hoses belts etc) as well as unlimited breakdown services. AMC is the version least loaded involves agreed number of Preventive maintenance services along with consumables, e.g., filters & oil.

We have industry experts and consultants maintaining our Gensets and we offer these services to our customers. Our experts and Gensets maintenance consultants are available on call, round the clock and our customers can call us anytime of the day to avail their service. This service can be availed at the time of sudden breakdown of the power supply or at the time when you feel that your generator needs re-haul. We will study the technical specifications of the generator, inspect the systems and then perform the preventive measures for the safety and durability of the generators, as suggested by our experts and consultants.
We offer onsite generator repair services for larger generators; however in a situation where the generator cannot be repaired on-site, we will replace it with a stand-by generator on rental basis. There are different generator repair packages available which are tailor made keeping in mind the industry requirements. We also offer faults and repair consulting services. In the process of testing, we found that the generator is not fit to be installed on the site, we also offer equivalent unit for rental as well, ensuring 24X7 continuity of your business.
We offer genuine parts at reasonable prices. We can supply anything from the simplest filter to a complete replacement engine or alternator for DGs. The spares are well checked on various parameters before supplying it to our clients and thus we ensure flawless products. We not only deal in supplying the parts, also involved in replacing the parts effectively. Clients can avail these spare parts in different specifications based on the requirements of our clients at market leading prices. SLR is well trained to maintain adequate stocks of spare parts, based on the MAHINDRA Inventory Management system. The inventory levels are regularly monitored, updated & reviewed by Mahindra to ensure total customer satisfaction. Mahindra Powerol is having a well established & state of the art central Spare warehouse at Wagholi, Pune where sufficient stocks are maintained and monitored to cater the spares requirement. Well defined systems are in place at this central depot, to meet the most stringent expectations of the customers.
